1. நாங்கள் யார்1. Who we are

NexovClass என்பது பள்ளிகளுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் பள்ளித் தொடர்பு செயலி (தலைமையாசிரியருக்கான இணைய நிர்வாகப் பகுதியுடன்). எந்த மாணவர்களும் ஆசிரியர்களும் இதைப் பயன்படுத்துவார்கள் என்பதை பள்ளியே முடிவு செய்கிறது (பள்ளி தரவுக் கட்டுப்பாட்டாளர்). Nexov Enterprises பள்ளியின் சார்பில் தரவைச் செயலாக்குகிறது.

NexovClass is a school communication app (with a web admin panel for the headmaster) provided to schools. The school decides which students and teachers use it (the school is the data fiduciary / controller); Nexov Enterprises processes the data on the school's behalf.

கணக்குகளை பள்ளி மட்டுமே உருவாக்கும் (தலைமையாசிரியர் → ஆசிரியர்கள் → வகுப்பாசிரியர்கள் → மாணவர்கள்). யாரும் தாமாகப் பதிவு செய்ய முடியாது. மாணவர் கணக்கு ஒரு பள்ளி மற்றும் ஒரு வகுப்புடன் இணைந்தது.

Accounts are created only by the school (headmaster → teachers → class teachers → students). Nobody can sign up on their own. A student's account is tied to one school and one class.

மாணவர்கள்: பெயர் (தமிழ்/ஆங்கிலம்), வகுப்பு, பிரிவு, குழு, பாலினம் (ஆண்/பெண்), பயிற்று மொழி (தமிழ்/ஆங்கில வழி), பிறந்த தேதி, பெற்றோரின் கைப்பேசி எண், முகவரி, வருகை, மதிப்பெண்கள், விடுப்பு கோரிக்கைகள், கட்டண நிலை, நூலகப் புத்தக விவரம், வீட்டுப்பாட சமர்ப்பிப்புகள் (எழுத்து மற்றும் விருப்பமான புகைப்படங்கள்), அரட்டை செய்திகள், ஒவ்வொரு அரட்டையும் கடைசியாகத் திறக்கப்பட்ட நேரம் (செய்தி பார்க்கப்பட்டதும் அனுப்பியவருக்கு இரண்டு குறிகள் காட்ட), அறிவிப்பு விருப்பங்கள், சாதன அறிவிப்பு அடையாளம் (push token).

செயல்பாட்டுப் பதிவு (ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளிக்கும் தனியாக): பணியாளர்களின் உள்நுழைவுகள், பள்ளிக் கணக்குகளில் தவறான கடவுச்சொல் முயற்சிகள், கடவுச்சொல் மாற்றங்கள், பணியாளர்களோ நாங்களோ செய்த மாற்றங்கள் (எ.கா. “மாணவர் சேர்க்கப்பட்டார்: பெயர் (வகுப்பு)”, “மதிப்பெண்கள் சேமிக்கப்பட்டன”, “கட்டணம் மாற்றப்பட்டது”, “பள்ளி நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டது”). ஒவ்வொரு பதிவிலும் நேரம், செய்தவரின் பெயரும் பணியும், சிறு விளக்கம் இருக்கும். கடவுச்சொற்கள், செய்தி உள்ளடக்கம், வீட்டுப்பாடப் பதில்கள், IP முகவரிகள் இதில் ஒருபோதும் இருக்காது. மாணவர்களின் உள்நுழைவுகள் பதிவு செய்யப்படுவதில்லை.
தொழில்நுட்பம்: சர்வர் பதிவுகளில கோரிக்கை முறை, பாதை, நிலை, கால அளவு மட்டுமே இருக்கும் (கடவுச்சொற்கள், டோக்கன்கள், செய்தி உள்ளடக்கம் இல்லை).

Students: name (English/Tamil), class, section, group, gender (boy/girl), medium of instruction (Tamil/English), date of birth, parent's mobile number, address, attendance, marks, leave requests, fee status, library loans, homework submissions (text and optional photos), chat messages, when each chat was last opened (to show the sender two ticks when a message has been seen), notification preferences, a device push token.
Teachers / headmaster: name, subject, class assigned, contact number, announcements, homework, marks and attendance they enter, chat messages.
Activity log (separate for each school): staff sign-ins, wrong-password attempts on the school's accounts, password changes, and changes made by staff or by us (for example “student added: name (class)”, “marks saved”, “fee updated”, “school suspended”). Each entry has the time, the name and role of the person who did it and a short description. It never contains passwords, message text, homework answers or IP addresses. Student sign-ins are not logged.
Technical: server logs contain only request method, path, status and duration (no passwords, tokens or message bodies).

To run school functions: attendance, homework, marks, timetable, announcements, leave, fees, library, transport and class chat. We do not show advertising, do not sell data, and do not build advertising profiles.

அரட்டையில், அனுப்பிய செய்திக்குப் பிறகு வேறொருவர் அந்த அரட்டையைத் திறந்தால் அனுப்பியவருக்கு இரண்டு குறிகள் தெரியும் (குழுவில்: குறைந்தது ஒரு உறுப்பினர்). யார் படித்தார், எப்போது என்பது யாருக்கும் காட்டப்படாது.

மாணவர்களுக்கிடையிலான தனி அரட்டையை அந்த இரு மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமே பார்ப்பார்கள்.
ஒரு பள்ளியின் செயல்பாட்டுப் பதிவை அந்தப் பள்ளியின் தலைமையாசிரியரும், பள்ளிக்கு உதவுவதற்காக Nexov Enterprises நிறுவனமும் மட்டுமே பார்க்க முடியும். ஆசிரியர்களும் மாணவர்களும் பார்க்க முடியாது; வேறு பள்ளிகள் ஒருபோதும் பார்க்க முடியாது.

A student's gender and medium are visible only to the school's teachers and headmaster and to the student themselves; other students never see them.
In a chat, the sender sees two ticks once someone else has opened that chat after the message (in a group: at least one other member). Nobody is shown who read it or when.
A student sees only their own data and their own class's group chats; students never see each other's login IDs.
A class teacher sees their own class; a subject teacher sees the classes they teach; the headmaster sees the whole school. Other schools can never see this school's data.
Direct chats between students are visible only to the two students.
A school's activity log is visible only to that school's headmaster and to Nexov Enterprises (to support the school). Teachers and students cannot see it, and other schools never can.

6. சேமிப்பும் பாதுகாப்பும்6. Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (location: ). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; connections use HTTPS; failed logins are rate-limited; changing or resetting a password signs the person out everywhere; the web admin panel signs out after 30 minutes without use.

7. வைத்திருக்கும் காலம், நீக்கம்7. Retention and deletion

பள்ளி சேவையைப் பயன்படுத்தும் வரை தரவு வைக்கப்படும். மாணவர் பள்ளியை விட்டு விலகினால், பள்ளி கணக்கை செயலிழக்கச் செய்யலாம். பள்ளியின் (அல்லது பள்ளி வழியாக பெற்றோர்/பாதுகாவலரின்) எழுத்துப்பூர்வ கோரிக்கையின் பேரில், 30 நாட்களுக்குள் மாணவரின் தரவை நீக்குவோம் அல்லது அடையாளம் நீக்குவோம். செயல்பாட்டுப் பதிவுகள் 12 மாதங்களுக்குப் பிறகு தானாக நீக்கப்படும்.

Data is kept while the school uses the service. When a student leaves, the school can deactivate the account; on written request from the school (or a parent/guardian through the school) we delete or anonymise the student's data within 30 days. Activity-log entries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are made.

8. குழந்தைகள்8. Children

இந்தச் செயலி பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கானது; பள்ளியின் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின் மேற்பார்வையில் பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். தேவையான இடங்களில் பெற்றோர்/பாதுகாவலரின் ஒப்புதலைப் பெறுவது பள்ளியின் பொறுப்பு.

The app is meant for school students under the supervision of the school and teachers. The school is responsible for obtaining parental/guardian consent where required.

பெற்றோர்/பாதுகாவலர்களும் ஆசிரியர்களும் தங்கள் தரவைத் திருத்த, பிரதி பெற, நீக்க பள்ளியிடம் கேட்கலாம்; பள்ளி எங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு அதைச் செயல்படுத்தும்.

Parents/guardians and teachers may ask the school to correct, export or delete their data; the school contacts us to carry it out.
